Come play with the Dolphins!

Looking for a chance to meet with the dolphins at Ocean Park? You can now go behind the scenes with our dolphins and animal caretakers during a "Meet the Dolphin" programme! You will touch a dolphin and learn the hand signals we use to interact with them! Our staffs are also full of fun facts and information on how you can help protect these intelligent creatures in the wild!

    * The programme fee does not include Park's admission, all participants must enter the Park on the programme date with a valid admission ticket.
    # A maximum of 3 tickets of this programme can be purchased per session per Ocean Park Annual Membership.

    Capacity:

    8 participants per tour

    Language:

    Cantonese, supplemented by simple English and Putonghua.

    Smart Tips:

    • Participants might need to kneel down for part of the activities.
    • Programme may be cancelled subject to weather condition.
    • All forms of photography or videography and the use of mobile devices are not permitted during the programme. Participants are required to contact Ocean Park at least TWO days in advance in order to ensure photo-taking service provided by Park photographer. All photos taken can be purchased for a fee.
    • It takes around 45 minutes to reach the gathering location from the main entrance of Ocean Park by taking Ocean Express. Please reserve extra time for queuing if you want to take the cable car. With the tight schedule of our programme, latecomers will be regarded as absentees and might not be admitted to the programme.  

    Note:

    • Participants must be aged 3 or above and with a minimum height of 1 metre.
    • All participants must be paid. Same price for both adult and child. No accompanying guest is allowed (include children who are under age of 3).
    • Eligible participants aged 3-11 must be accompanied by a paying parent/ guardian who satisfies all programme requirements. An eligible paying parent/ guardian can accompany a maximum of TWO eligible paying participants aged 3-11.
    • Eligible participants aged under 18 must have their parent/guardian's signature on the Health Declaration form & liability release to confirm the detail before the programme starts.
    • This programme is not recommended for any pregnant women. 
    • All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A valid admission ticket to the Park is required to join the programme. The price of the admission ticket is not included in the programme fee. 
    • The content, itinerary, dates and application methods of the programmes may subject to change or cancellation due to occasional animal needs or any other particular circumstances without prior notice.

    Same-day Application

    Subject to availability at the time of application, you can apply in person at "Waterfront Gifts" or "The Lodge" on the programme day before 1:10pm (for 2:30pm session) and 2:30pm (for 3:50pm session). All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Part of the programme proceeds will go to the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation, Hong Kong to support its research projects and public awareness programmes for wildlife conservation in Asia.
