School Activity - Secondary School

To cater a large group of students across classes and levels at school, OPAHK offers the Outreach Interactive Seminar with two thematic options: Local Biodiversity and Workplace Observations in Ocean Park.

• Local Biodiversity Seminar: Get to know about Hong Kong wildlife and their habitats to and explore a sustainable lifestyle
• Workplace Observations in Ocean Park: Understand the required soft skills and knowledge of animal caretakers through watching videos on husbandry practices
• Programme Format: Case-based learning; Interview video; Interactive games

Students are encouraged to explore the wonders of nature and discover interesting facts of flora and fauna through game booths.

• Explore the nature with five senses and learn about the survival skills of different animals; Discover how they adapt to the environment with their body features​
• Appreciate the beauty of nature with the use of natural materials
• Programme Format: Interactive game booths; Natural materials play

The programme fees are valid until 31 August 2024.
