The second golden snub-nosed monkey born in Ocean Park is turning one-month-old on 29 April! The Park has selected four names for the baby monkey, and is now inviting the public to vote on the Park’s official Facebook page. The naming poll will run for a week starting from today. In celebration of the monkey baby’s full moon, Ocean Park announces that Hong Kong residents whose birthday fall in May or June can enjoy a one-time free admission during the period 1 May - 16 June 2019, together with various special birthday offers. The Park hopes to encourage guests to visit the adorable baby and send their warmest wishes.

1. Cute (喬喬) – in addition to its literal meaning of adorable, the Chinese word “喬” (cantonese pronunciation: kiu) sounds similar to “cute” and is often used to describe strong and tall trees that indicates the Park’s warm wishes to the baby’s growth
2. Go Go (高高) – meaning growing up fast and full of energy
3. Sam (森森) – meaning forest in Chinese to highlight the importance of forest to the species, hoping to raise public awareness on environmental conservation
4. Peanut (小花生) – symbolising longevity and continuous succession in Chinese tradition, expresses our hopes on his health growth
