Calling all the daring detectives, we need your help!  Come with us to decipher who has left their footprints inside one of the exhibits overnight. Detectives must keep sharp at all times, it is your job to help the Little Meerkats and Giant Tortoise keep sharp, too. Seize this opportunity to prepare some stimulating enrichment games for them. Work with your fellow agents to figure out a mystery in a fun and interactive role play game. Children and parents can embark on a fun and intriguing exploration together in the Explorer R!

• Create food enrichment items for Meerkats and the Aldabra giant tortoises and understand their habitats
• Have a glimpse of the animal’s distinctive talents in adapting to the environments through different challenges
• Design a unique artwork with one’s creativity with reference to the body features of animals
• Self-directed learning with parents at the Explorer R

• Visit the Little Meetkat and Giant Tortoise Adventure

^#The Programme Fee includes the participant stay-behind surcharge, 1 complimentary adult admission ticket on the programme date, and 1 Explorer R ticket with designated time session for the participant on the programme date. Each participant must be accompanied by an adult/guardian when visiting the Explorer R.

• Enrolment deadline: 3 days before the commencement of each class.
• Enrolment will be postponed for 1 day if the following circumstances occur at 12:00nn:
  • Tropical Cyclone Signal Number 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory;
  • Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
• The selected programme code, date, time and participant’s name cannot be changed or rescheduled. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please make sure the programme dates fit in participant’s schedule before enrolment.
• Parents will receive a confirmation letter via email once the payment has been received. Please pay attention to the spam or junk mailboxes of your email account.
