Polar Adventure I Summit

“Penguin Expedition” programme will be suspended from 1 November 2024 to 28 February 2025 due to the penguin’s breeding season.

Step into the habitat of penguins and begin your expedition with the adorable penguins!

Under the guidance of our animal caretakers, you will not only have the opportunity to observe and learn more about the penguins and their conservation, but will also be able to get up-close and interact with them, feed them with delicious food and take photos with them. This immersive programme will definitely enable you to become a fan of penguins by the end, and bring home some unforgettable memories with these fascinating animal ambassadors of the south pole!

    * The programme fee does not include Park's admission, all participants must enter the Park on the programme date with a valid admission ticket.
    A maximum of 3 tickets of this programme can be purchased per session per Ocean Park Annual Membership.

    6 participants per tour

    Language:

    Cantonese, supplemented by simple English and Putonghua.

    Smart Tips:

    • The activity venue is approximately 8°C.
    • Participants are required to wear warm clothing, safety glasses & boots provided by the Park to participate this programme.
    • Participants are recommended to wear trousers or shorts and bring a pair of thick socks to participate this programme.
    • All forms of photography or videography and the use of mobile devices are not permitted during the programme. The programme has included professional photo taking service, whilst, all photos taken can be purchased for a fee.
    • It takes around 30 minutes to reach the gathering location from the main entrance of Ocean Park by taking Ocean Express. Please reserve extra time for queuing if you want to take the cable car. With the tight schedule of our programme, latecomers will be regarded as absentees and might not be admitted to the programme.

    Note:

    • Participants must be aged 6 or above.
    • All participants must be paid. Same price for both adults and children. No accompanying guest is allowed (including children who are under age of 3).
    • Eligible participants aged 6-11 must be accompanied by a paying parent/ guardian who satisfies all programme requirements. An eligible paying parent/ guardian can accompany a maximum of ONE eligible paying participants aged 6-11.
    • Eligible participants aged under 18 must have their parent/guardian's signature on the Health Declaration form & liability release to confirm the detail before the programme starts.
    • Participants must not have come into contact with any bird species in the previous 8 hours.
    • This programme is not recommended for any pregnant women.
    • All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A valid admission ticket to the Park is required to join the programme. The price of the admission ticket is not included in the programme fee.
    • The content, itinerary, dates and application methods of the programmes may subject to change or cancellation due to occasional animal needs or any other particular circumstances without prior notice.
