A Hot and Spicy Charcoal Grill Journey

Ginger Grill is one of only a handful of eateries in Hong Kong that uses a wide array of delicious ingredients to create authentic charcoal grilled delights, cooked on an open fire grilling station. Using white charcoal, the food is made crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, locking in the meat juices and presenting the rawest of flavours to diners. Must try items include, “Traditional Thai Satay”, “Thai Style Roasted Kamei Chicken” and “U.S. Prime Ribeye Bone-in”. Diners can mix and match with homemade dipping sauces prepared by the Chief Chef using ginger and other spices to enhance the flavour of their dishes.

The restaurant’s Thai chef has skillfully interpreted northern Thai gourmet essences to infuse them in signatures dishes like, “Thai Style Boat Noodle”, “Rice Stick Noodle with Conpoy and Giant River Prawn” and “Giant River Prawn and Assorted Mushrooms in Spicy and Sour Soup”.To relax diners, the restaurants interior décor theme has a tropical element to it that generates a cozy and relaxing ambience, while the VIP room can be hired for various events and gatherings.
