오션파크로 떠나는 즐거운 여행에 필요한 모든 것
With the opening of the Ocean Park Tai Shue Wan Pier located right next to Water World, Ocean Park Corporation is pleased to announce that a new chartered ferry service will begin on 6 August 2022 to take visitors from Aberdeen to Water World via Ap Lei Chau, and vice versa, during weekends and public holidays for free.
“We are delighted to present visitors the option of a scenic ferry ride in Hong Kong’s southern waters as part of their splashing fun at Water World. Our natural setting is a perfect place to connect and appreciate nature. The new 30-minute ferry trip offers more than just a ride. Everyone will immerse in the beauty of the sea and be inspired about the importance of marine conservation as they join us on board for an exciting adventure to or from Water World. I also look forward to the launch of marine tourism programmes for Hong Kong Island in further strengthening Ocean Park’s conservation and education initiatives outside the Park,” said Paulo Pong, Chairman of Ocean Park Corporation.
Routes and timetables
Operations are due to run from this Saturday (6 August 2022) with four trips per day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between the Aberdeen Pier and Ocean Park Tai Shue Wan Pier via Ap Lei Chau Sightseeing Sampan Pier. Visitors with valid Water World or Ocean Park admission tickets may enjoy the ferry service on a first-come, first-served basis while seats are available.
The pier will also be open for public use. Please visit the Special Experience & Service page at Water World’s official website for information.
