Members who purchase their memberships online will receive a digital membership in PDF format, or can add the digital membership to the mobile e-wallet. Simply download the file from your purchase confirmation email and present it every time upon park admission and members exclusive offer redemption*.
Members who purchase their membership on-site or convert their day admission tickets to an Annual Membership during their day of visit, a physical membership card will be issued and this format does not allow for a digital membership option. Present the physical membership card every time upon park admission and members exclusive offer redemption*.
Members with a digital membership can switch into a physical membership card by visiting Annual Members Concierge. Please note that once you make this switch, you will not be able to revert to a digital membership.
*Ocean Park reserves the right to check the Member’s Identity Card or identification document(s) for verification purposes. In case of any violations, Ocean Park has the right to refuse acceptance, cancel and/or confiscate the membership at any time under any circumstances, and to withhold, suspend, or terminate any membership-related benefits and offers, without the obligation to provide refunds or compensation in any case.
