Renew/Upgrade your Membership​

If you are renewing your membership before the original expiry day, the renewed period starts right after the original membership has expired. If you are renewing your membership after the original expiry day, the renewed period starts on the date of renewal.​ ​

*Ocean Park Annual Members can enjoy unlimited admission to Ocean Park during its operating hours on Park admission days in one year upon purchase of the membership (one year refers to 365 days, based on the calendar instead of the business days of the park), excluding block out dates and Park closures. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for Ocean Park Annual Membership Use for details.

1. No renewal discount will be offered for membership downgrades upon renewal.
2. Downgrading of Annual Membership is not allowed during the membership validity period.
3. Annual members who wish to upgrade their membership more than one month before its expiry, no discount will be offered on the upgrade. Please visit the Ocean Park ticketing office and settle the balance. After upgrading, the membership validity will remain unchanged, and the updated offers and privileges will take effect the following day.
4. Upon renewal with simultaneous membership upgrade, the updated offers and privileges will take effect after your original membership period has expired.
5. After upgrading the membership, any offers quota that has already been used under the original membership, or offers that have passed their issuance period under the new membership, will not be reissued. Members will only receive the differential offers quota corresponding to the tier difference.
6. Annual Memberships purchased before 10 February 2026 will be classified under the Annual Membership - Gold tier. However, admission days will not be aligned. Please refer to respective Admission Calendar for details.
